The working principle of the evaporative refrigeration equipment is to send the high-temperature steam that needs to be condensed into the coil from the upper inlet of the heat-exchange coil. The high-temperature steam emits heat in the heat-exchange coil and is cooled by phase change and condenses into liquid. The circulating spray water is used as a cooling medium outside the heat exchange coil. The spray water forms a uniform water film on the outer surface of the heat exchange coil. The water film absorbs the heat released by the hot steam in the coil and evaporates, and then passes through the fan. The water vapor is taken out of the evaporative condenser and the heat in the coil is taken away.
When the temperature of the condensed steam medium is higher than 80 ° C, the spray water is prone to form scale on the outer surface of the heat exchange coil, which seriously affects the heat exchange effect and equipment life. In order to avoid this situation, our company designed an evaporative condenser with finned tube precooler. The working principle is that high temperature steam is first cooled to below 65 ° C by air cooling through the finned tube precooler. Enter the condensation coil for evaporation and condensation. Adding a pre-cooler can effectively alleviate the scaling problem. At the same time, the pre-cooler uses air-cooled heat exchange mode, which makes full use of the sensible heat of the wind to make the evaporative condenser more water and electricity-saving.
