Screw Freezer Selection Knowledge

Screw refrigerator is a large-scale industrial refrigeration equipment. Widely used in central air-conditioning and large refrigeration industry. It plays an important role in cooling, cooling and cooling. Use water cycle operation principle to save water resources. Using cold water to directly cool the equipment can keep the temperature of the industrial equipment from rising and maintain a constant low temperature condition of the equipment.
1. The selection of screw freezer should be based on the cold load and the intended use. For refrigeration systems with low load and long working hours, it is appropriate to choose a multi-head piston compressor or screw compressor set, which is easy to adjust and save energy. It is also a double-head screw chiller that we often say. As the load changes, the screw chiller automatically determines the number of compressors that are turned on in the operating condition, thereby effectively saving electrical energy.
2. When selecting a screw type freezer, the unit with a higher functional coefficient is considered first. According to previous statistics, the operating time of a normal screw chiller at 100% load throughout the year accounts for less than 1/4 of the operating time. The percentages of operating hours at 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% load during operating hours are approximately 2.3%, 41.5%, 46.1%, and 10.1%. Therefore, screw ice chiller models with flatter power curves should be given priority when selecting ice chiller units. At the same time, the load adjustment range of the chiller should be considered in the planning and selection. The multi-head screw chiller has excellent partial load function. The screw chiller can be selected according to the actual situation of the factory.
3. When choosing a screw type freezer, pay attention to the conditions of the nominal working conditions.
The actual cooling capacity of the chiller is related to the following two points:
a, cold water outlet temperature and flow;
b. Inlet temperature, flow rate and dust factor of cooling water.
4. When selecting a screw type freezer, you should pay attention to the normal operating field of this type of screw type chiller, mainly because the current limit of the motor is the current value of the shaft power under surface conditions.
5. Care should be taken when planning and selecting screw chiller: Under nominal operating flow, the outlet temperature of cold water should not exceed 15 ℃, and the outdoor dry bulb temperature of air-cooled units should not exceed 43 ℃. If it is necessary to cross the above fields, when understanding whether the use of the compressor is allowed, and whether the power of the secondary motor is sufficient.
